When we visited Oregon last weekend , we went to Portland State University (PSU), a public University in Portland downtown which was founded in 1946. U can visit their website for full details about university. https://www.pdx.edu/ We parked our car to nearby garage parking which costs $ 4/hr. and $8/ all day.
