Viva Las Vegas!

A famous 1964 American musical movie of Elvis Presley and Ann Margret.πŸ•ΊπŸ’ƒ

It's a Spanish phrase, "Viva" means "Long Live" and "Las Vegas" means “The Meadows”.

So, Long Live Las Vegas !!πŸ˜πŸ™ƒ

"What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!" 🀫- An endearing slogan among people around the world.

But, my dear friends, I would definitely want to share my Las Vegas travel experiences. πŸ€—

I have been to Las Vegas at least 4 times in last 2 decades.

Las Vegas is known for its amazingly detailed contemporary architecture of resorts, hotels and casinos like MGM Grand, New York-New York, The Venetian, Caesars Palace, Paris hotel, Bellagio and many more.πŸ™

The iconic Las Vegas strip also known as Las Vegas Boulevard, a major road in the Las Vegas Valley, is an incredibly place to walk with endless sights especially during night making Vegas atmosphere alive. Its one of my standout memories. We don't have to be a gambler to enjoy the Las Vegas, there are plenty of hotels with activities for both adults and kids to do.

Every time we visited Las Vegas, we chose staying in different hotels to experience the architectural dΓ©cor and designs.

I remember our 1st Visit ( almost 1.5 decade ago), we stayed in Circus Circus which was affordable. I remember the rooms weren't super fancy but looked cleaner than we expected. It was a great place to stay if you are bringing kids , they have lot of attractions and kids rides like indoor rollercoaster, water park and an adventure dome.🎒πŸŽͺ🎑🎠

Our 2nd and 4th visit, we stayed in MGM Grand. MGM is 2nd largest hotel/resort in US which includes outdoor pools, waterfalls, convention center, garden arena, Spa, numerous beauty/fashion designer shops, night clubs, restaurants and the largest casino in Las Vegas.🏟🏝⛲🌊

My favorite is the CSI experience 🧐. I use to watch Gil Grissom's CSI Las Vegas, an American  crime drama TV series. I also wanted to investigate around not as a profession but as a hobby πŸ˜‰. Once you purchase the tickets, the guests are given cases to solve with realistic recreated evidence as a forensic investigators. Once you go inside the debriefing room, Gil Grissom (of course on a Visual screen) introduced us as "new recruits" then we solve a case by collecting evidence from the scene given to us and finally get a CSI diploma/ certificate πŸ“ƒπŸ”– at the end to say you have become a CSI investigator.

Our 3rd Visit, we stayed in Bellagio which is one of the nicest hotel on the strip with Italian village theme and their lobby has this awesome glass art on the ceiling. It has casinos, beautiful indoor conservatory, fashion stores, restaurants, spa and many more. We love Bellagio musical fountain infront of the hotel building and I believe the first show starts around evening 3 or 4pm and they're every 30 minute with a different musicale.

Fremont street - Its a famous old street in downtown named after explorer John Charles Fremont. This street is shown in many Hollywood movies and TV series.

Bonanza Gift Shop @Vegas 🎁 - Known as the world's largest gift shop with over 40,000 sqft of shopping space located in between The Strat Hotel and The Sahara.

Hoover Dam - https://sk-digilance.blogspot.com/2021/06/hoover-dam-and-bridge-nevada-usa.html

Ps: Expect to pay premium prices for almost everything.

Ps: Be mindful of your surroundings when walking on strip, especially during the night since its a  tourist place, but there are lot of sketchy people hanging around too.

Stay Safe friends and Have fun exploring my Blog and if possible do visit these places whenever ur free or interested in travelling…πŸ’—

Until my next article ….πŸ‘‹
