Multnomah Falls, Oregon, USA
This is one of the most beautiful fall I ever been apart from Yosemite Falls @ Yosemite National Park in California (https://sk-digilance.blogspot.com/2021/09/yosemite-national-park-california-usa.html) . I am really glad I went to this place few years before this pandemic started.π
Multnomah Falls @ Columbia River Gorge is beautiful and majestic. It's worth a trip to see this breathtaking place and the road towards the falls is so relaxing and scenic. π You can also see Columbia River other side of the fall. I would highly recommend this waterfall as a MUST see place while you are in or visit Oregon. This waterfall is accessible from Columbia River Highway and Interstate 84.
I am giving this place a 5 Star, ask me Why?π€ Because, it's close to other trails/waterfalls if you ever plan on being more adventurous. You can feel a sense of awe and longing along these wonderful trails and glorious scenes. Like something out of Twilight Saga. ππ
It gets really crowded on the weekend during summerπ. There was a ton of people walking up towards the bridge.
The mist from the falls and the weather during the winter ☃️ means visitors should pack warmly and wear water proof jacket/clothing here which is highly recommended. ☔π§£π§€π₯Ύ
There's a vendor selling ice cream and drinks.π¦π₯€
It's Free to visitors! There's no admission fee to see these Falls. So there's no reason not to visit and enjoy nature's beauty.
Note:
There is a free limited parking to the left of the freeway. It's not big enough for the number of tourists who come here esp. during summer.π
There is a visiting center, gift shop and well maintained restroom.
Ps: I'll make sure I'll visit again next time I'm in Portland.. Hopefully end of this year...π€
Stay Safe friends π· and Have fun exploring my Blog and if possible do visit these places whenever ur free…
